Who Are Absolute Legal Costs?

Absolute Legal Costs (ALC) provide additional services outside of the traditional costs recovery company such as Trial Bundle preparation, in house training, debt recovery and a bespoke Costs Budget Monitoring Service. In addition, ALC work closely with a Costs Advance funder should our clients wish to utilise this service for advancing WIP or disbursements.

ALC will provide a full costs service from the preparation of the bill of costs to the attendance at a Detailed Assessment Hearing.

The Absolute Service

ALC will provide a traditional costs service from the preparation of the Bill of Costs to the attendance at a Detailed Assessment Hearing. The Bills we produce are accurate, fully reflecting the work carried out by our Clients. This means that we would only recommend to reduce those costs slightly failing which we would swiftly apply for the costs to be assessed. Such is our reputation that we now rarely proceed to a hearing in respect of costs. We have strict, inflexible time limits and no delay by the paying party is tolerated.
